The Air Training Corps (ATC) is a youth organisation (affiliated to the Royal Air Force) aimed at young men and women between the ages of 13 and 20.

We currently have 80 Cadets regularly parading at the Squadron and we parade every Monday and Wednesday evening throughout the year from 18:45hrs until 21:45hrs.

We parade all year, only taking breaks for Christmas and Bank Holidays.

So what could you be doing on a parade evening?

The answer is...pretty much anything! You could be doing sports, shooting, learning first aid, bridge building, radio work or team building exercises to name a few!

Off squadron activities include flying, gliding, visits to RAF stations, expeditions and camps

We are also a very active Squadron at the weekends and during school holidays.

You could be gliding, flying, canoeing, kayaking, playing sport, on a D of E expedition, shooting, taking part in a weekend camp plus many more activities!
