Each ATC Squadron has regular staff members who run the Squadron on a day to day basis, but also have a group of five or more people from the local community who meet regularly and are responsible for the welfare of the cadets, fundraising, controlling the Squadron finances and assisting with catering at Squadron activities.
The Committee holds a meeting approximately every three months to make decisions based on the responsibilities they have, and also to ensure the Squadron is meeting the three aims set out by the ATC.
